Providing safe and effective pole vault training, Coach Mike Roberti emphasizes the Bubka/Petrov model approach towards his athletes. Coach Roberti is the pole vault coach at Hunterdon Central Regional High School located in Flemington, NJ. He is an active pole vaulter with over 15 years of experience in the event, and owns a share of the Hunterdon Central boys indoor pole vault record. Coach Roberti focuses on building his vaulters both mentally and physically. Over the past 3 years, Coach Roberti has helped guide some of his pole vaulters at Hunterdon Central to NJ State Sectional and Group Championships, County and Conference Championships, and Meet of Champions berths. In 2015, one of his girl vaulters was invited to compete in both the prestigious Millrose Games and Penn Relays. Central's girl vaulters have broken state and school records in back to back years for the 3-person pole vault relay.
